Nervous System Regulation (Deep Work)

What is Firm Ground?
Firm Ground is a nervous-system based stability framework designed to reduce chronic pressure and improve sustainable performance.

Is this therapy?
This is not clinical therapy. However, the work does involve exploring past experiences and how they continue to influence current behaviour.

Who is this for?
This is for individuals operating under sustained pressure who recognise that how they are currently thinking, responding or coping is no longer working.
It is suited to those ready to understand and change the patterns driving that, rather than continuing to manage it.

How is this different from mindset or coaching?
It goes deeper, working with how patterns and responses have formed over time. The focus is on changing how you operate, not just how you think.

How long does the work take?
There is no fixed timeframe. The work is adapted to the individual and progresses based on what is required.

What level of commitment is required?
This is not a passive process.
As a guide, this may involve around 30 minutes per day alongside regular sessions, depending on the level of support required.

How is it delivered?
Sessions are delivered either in person or online, depending on location and preference.
Ongoing support is provided between sessions. Travel costs may apply for in-person work.

How do I get started?
Start by making an enquiry.
We will have an initial conversation to understand your situation and determine whether this work is appropriate before moving forward.
