Behaviour Transformation-Individuals
I just don’t feel like myself
Trying to work out:
Am I stressed or depressed?
Snapping at people.
Unable to think straight.
A mind that constantly feels cloudy.
Being there with your family physically—but not really there in mind.
Turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms at the end of the day just to feel different.
Pressure changes behaviour.
It affects confidence, patience, decision-making and how we respond to everyday life.
As a single mother and business owner, there have been many times where I felt like I was simply floating through the day and needed to get back on Firm Ground.
You are not failing. You are stuck.
My Firm Ground® Framework has been developed through lived, felt and professional experience.
After years working within wellbeing, I recognised where traditional approaches have value—and where they often reach their limits.
Through observing behaviour professionally and personally, I developed a framework designed to understand the underlying pressure influencing behaviour and interrupt the patterns keeping people stuck.
This work goes beyond improving performance at work or snapping less at the people around you.
It is about reconnecting people to the part of themselves that feels clear, capable and alive.
What To Expect
This is not mindset work or counselling.
It goes deeper—working with how patterns, behaviours and responses have formed over time.
Behaviour Transformation is focused on helping you:
understand patterns and reconnect with yourself.
This work requires a consistent level of commitment and willingness to observe what is happening beneath the surface.
As a guide, this may involve around 30 minutes per day alongside regular sessions, delivered weekly or fortnightly, depending on the level of support required.
Investment
£6,000 to begin the work
Behaviour transformation takes consistency, commitment and time.
Work continues from there, with ongoing monthly support from £900, depending on the level of support required.
